COVID-19 Resources:

As our country begins to re-open, we as a company and team will take the necessary precautions as we enter the new normal. As an agency, we have been following local and state guidelines, cancellations, and rescheduled dates of major events, and quickly acclimating to these modifications for the safety of our staff. We have implemented new safety and sanitization protocols, along with following health practices on and off-site to ensure the welfare of everyone is at its prime.

As a Staffing Agency, we know how difficult this time can be for not only our talent, but also our clients, production teams, and partnering brands. We are all going to try and navigate through these circumstances together, with the best of our abilities for a brighter tomorrow. We appreciate everyone who has been along this journey with us, and we know we will come back stronger than ever before.

Planning & Accommodations:

  • State Guidelines/Restrictions are dependently based upon each individual market
  • Each state and country will have different regulations regarding social distancing
  • Venue size, and amount of attendees permitted
  • Temperature checks, masks, gloves, cleaning supplies, and hand sanitization protocols can and will be in place.
  • COVID Certifications can and will be completed prior to event activation

Cancellation COVID Measures:

Due to the times, we are experiencing as a collective whole, we also take into account any unforeseen circumstances related to this virus. With that being said, if you are ever feeling sick, we ask that you do stay home to reduce the risk of catching or spreading the virus. As talent and part of our team, we ask that you give us ample warning if you start to feel any systems occurring, as we follow all Health Care Protocol.

If a cancellation occurs due to COVID-related matters, all parties may ask for a confirmed medical document and or test. Please still contact your appointed Managers, so we can help find the best and quickest solution.
