What to Know Before You Staff Las Vegas

Daily Overtime for Some Staff
Nevada pays time and a half after 8 hours in a 24-hour period for staff earning under 1.5 times the state minimum wage, and weekly overtime after 40 hours for everyone. Long show days can cross that line, so we build shifts with it in mind.

Convention days are long, on your feet, on big show floors. We plan shifts and breaks so your booth stays covered from open to close. If your booth changes over between days or shows, tell us and we'll staff the changeover too.

The city's biggest weeks draw on the same pool of experienced staff, and the best people get booked first. If your program lands on CES, F1 or EDC, send the request as soon as your dates are set.

Las Vegas Staffing Questions
Do you use local staff in Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas programs are staffed from our local roster. For tours or multi-city programs that include Las Vegas, we staff the other stops from our teams in those cities.
How far ahead should we book for CES, F1 Las Vegas or EDC?
As early as you can. Those weeks draw on the same experienced brand ambassadors and trade show models, and the best people get booked first. Even on a short timeline, send the request. We respond to every quote within 48 hours.
Does Nevada overtime change the quote?
It can. Nevada has daily overtime: time and a half after 8 hours in a 24-hour period for staff earning under 1.5 times the state minimum wage. Everyone gets weekly overtime after 40 hours. For long convention days, we'll flag any overtime in your quote.
