What to Know Before You Staff the Twin Cities

The realities that shape a Twin Cities quote, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

  • Winter Shows, Summer Festivals

January and March are trade and consumer show season at the convention center, and summer moves outdoors. We plan uniforms and breaks for each, from heated halls to sunny river festivals.

  • Two Downtowns

Minneapolis and St. Paul events can be 20 to 30 minutes apart. Tell us every venue on a multi-stop program and we'll staff each stop from the right side of the river.

  • Book Early for Show Season

Boat show and sportshow weeks need trained staff for long, multi-day runs. Send the request as soon as your booth is confirmed.

FAQ

Minneapolis Staffing Questions

Do you use local staff in the Twin Cities?

Yes. Twin Cities programs are staffed with local brand ambassadors who cover both Minneapolis and St. Paul. For tours that include Minneapolis, we staff the other stops from our teams in those cities.

Can you staff a booth for the full run of a boat or sport show?

Yes. We've staffed the Minneapolis Boat Show and Northwest Sportshow across multiple years. We keep the same team across show days whenever we can, so your booth runs smoothly by day two.

Can you staff the Minnesota State Fair?

Yes. The fair runs for 12 days through Labor Day, so plan for rotating shifts rather than one team every day. Book early, since it overlaps with late-summer festivals.

What roles can you staff in the Twin Cities?

Brand ambassadors, promotional and trade show models, street teams, production assistants and hospitality staff for shows, festivals, fairs and brand events.
